This website is advertised and operated by Lee Gui Zhi for property enquiries associated with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, E(1)1584. It is an independent enquiry website and is not the official website of M Aurora, Mah Sing Group Berhad, Major Land Development Sdn. Bhd. or the project developer.

Information collected and purpose

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address and enquiry preference so Lee Gui Zhi can respond, provide requested M Aurora information, discuss current availability or pricing, and arrange a viewing or presentation. Do not provide payment-card details, banking credentials, identity-document numbers or other sensitive information through this form.

How the WhatsApp form works

The information you enter is processed locally in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. It is not submitted to or stored in a database on this website. When you choose “Continue on WhatsApp,” the details are transferred to WhatsApp and received by Lee Gui Zhi. WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms and privacy policy.
